Who it’s for

Off-grid lodge software for when the signal comes and goes

Your channels are kept in sync on our server, not on your router — so a night sold on Booking.com still closes on Airbnb while the lodge is offline. And when the connection drops, the panel opens on the last saved copy.

Free while you set it up. Card when you go live, first payment after 7 days.

Staywarden’s calendar on the made-up demo lodge Orchid Lodge: one row per room type, each booking across its nights, and the price under every night.

A day at the end of the road

An ordinary day far from the nearest tower — and the part of Staywarden that handles each moment.

  1. 05:30

    Generator on, no signal

The panel opens anyway, on the last saved copy: the calendar with today’s arrivals and departures. A price or a setting you change waits on the device, marked “this device only”, and goes up when the signal is back.

The team works from their phones

Each person opens their own day on the lodge’s team page, wherever the phone has a bar, and ticks off the cleans and the preps. A tick shows as done only once it has reached the server — so the list never claims a clean that didn’t get through.

  3. 11:00

A booking lands while you are offline

The channel manager runs on our server, so the night closes on every other channel without your internet. When your phone finds a bar, the booking is in the calendar and the alert is waiting.

  4. 15:00

Guests who read nothing before arriving

On Complete, their stay page has the directions, the Wi-Fi, the house rules and the balance — and, if you switch it on, a message the day before reminds them. They pick an arrival time, and you see it.

  5. 17:30

    Tomorrow’s tour into the park

For tours that need a permit, the guest gives each traveler’s name, nationality and passport, and the guide gets them with the booking on your WhatsApp. On Complete.

What exactly works with no signal?

The panel, in the browser or from your home screen, opens on the last copy saved there: the calendar with its bookings and the screens you opened before. A change to your rooms, prices, settings or team is saved on the device and sent when the signal is back. New bookings, payments and ticked tasks need a connection — and the screen says so when one didn’t get through.

What happens to channel bookings while we are offline?

They don’t wait for you. Staywarden’s server talks to the channels, not your router: a booking from Booking.com closes the night on Airbnb and the others within minutes, and it is in your calendar the next time your phone has signal.

What does it cost?

Essential is $59 a month and Complete $99, each with one cabin or room type, plus $10 for each one after that — in US dollars, monthly, with no lock-in. Identical rooms count once, and a closed cabin is not billed. Complete adds the website and booking page, card payments, the guest app, WhatsApp and invoicing. It is free while you set it up.

Does it work on one bar?

It was built for that. Each part of the panel loads on its own, so opening the calendar doesn’t download the invoices, and a slow answer is given time instead of failing at once. When something doesn’t get through, the screen tells you.

Can we take card payments at the lodge?

Staywarden doesn’t connect to a card terminal: you charge in your own terminal as today and record the payment on the booking. On Complete, guests can also pay by card online — on your booking page or their stay page — into your own Stripe account.

Can it sync with another system we keep on site?

Not in live sync with another PMS — Staywarden is the PMS. If you need to connect something, there is an open API with read-only or read-and-write keys.

Will my team manage it?

Each person gets an invitation to their own email and signs in to their own day on the team page — in Spanish or English, on their own phone. They tick off each task, and you see who did it and when. The team page needs a bar of signal to load and to save a tick.

What Staywarden is

Staywarden is all-in-one property management software (SaaS) for hotels and lodges: calendar and channel sync, housekeeping, team, guest messaging, invoicing, reporting and an AI assistant. Hotels pay a monthly subscription; we never handle guests’ money.
