Every room, every channel
Every night in one grid. Booking.com, Airbnb and your own direct guests land in the same row, so the only question left is whether the room is free — not which screen to check.
Everything below runs on an example lodge — the lodge, the guests and the numbers are all made up.
Color is the channel, not decoration
You see at a glance where the month’s bookings came from, and whether you pay commission on all of them.
The grid won’t take a double booking
Inside Staywarden, you can’t create two stays in one room on the same night. If two channels sell the same night within the minutes the sync takes, the booking comes in flagged as an overbooking, and we tell you right away.
The night is the unit
Arrival day and departure day share a square, because that is how a room is actually used.
What it doesn’t do
It doesn’t set your prices for you — there is no dynamic pricing. What the channels receive is what you set under Prices: the nightly rate, seasons, price by number of guests and the stay rules.
