Switch without losing a thing

Coming from a spreadsheet, Cloudbeds or Lodgify? Your bookings come in from a CSV export. The importer is tuned for Hostaway, Airbnb and Booking.com files — with anything else, the dry run shows what it understood before anything is saved.

From Excel + WhatsApp

The calendar lives in a sheet, the guests live on a phone, and the truth lives with whoever answered last. It works — until the double booking.

  • Your sheet imports as real bookings — nothing retyped.
  • The guest threads move into the panel; the number stays on the phone.
  • Inside Staywarden a double booking can’t happen; between channels, it’s caught right away.

From Cloudbeds

If your system does more than you use, or your team won’t touch it: here each person sees only their own work, and invoices with your VAT are built in.

  • Export your bookings to CSV: the dry run shows what came across before anything is saved.
  • Your team signs in with their own email and sees only their own work.
  • Invoices with your own VAT and numbering are built in, not a third-party bolt-on.

From Lodgify

If you need housekeeping, staff roles or numbered invoices with your VAT, they come included here.

  • Direct bookings are paid through YOUR Stripe account — Staywarden never touches the payment or adds anything on top.
  • Departures create cleanings by themselves; arrivals create preps.
  • Every finished stay becomes a numbered PDF invoice with your VAT.

The move itself

  1. 01

Tell us what you use today

A screenshot of your calendar is enough to start. We map what exists before anything moves.

  2. 02

    Your bookings come in first

From your export, through the dry run — nothing is saved until you press Import. Then the channels move over one by one, without closing sales for a single day.

  3. 03

Switch the old one off when every channel is green

Only one system drives each channel at a time. The old one can stay open to look at while you settle in — you switch it off yourself, once every channel has moved.

You might be wondering

How long does the move take?

A day to be up and running with Booking.com and Airbnb. Expedia’s provider change can take a few days, and older history can follow during the first week — while you’re already working in Staywarden.

Do I lose my reviews?

No. Reviews live on Booking and Airbnb, not in your PMS — they stay exactly where they are, and Staywarden reads them so you can answer from Messages.

What if I regret it?

You leave with everything in one file, any day. No lock-in, no exit fee. That promise is in writing on the pricing page.

Do my listings go offline during the move?

No. The channels stay open the whole time: you move them one at a time, and at every moment exactly one system is driving each of them.
