A day at your hotel
An ordinary day, moment by moment — and the part of Staywarden that handles each one.

Check-outs become the cleaning list
Every departure is already a clean and every arrival a prep, so housekeeping starts the day with its own list on the phone. You see what is done, and by whom.
- 10:15Handled in: Channels
A Booking.com guest changes dates
The change lands in your calendar on its own, and the nights they gave up go back on sale on every other channel. The cleaning follows the new dates.
- 12:30Handled in: Calendar
A wedding asks for twelve rooms
Book them as options: the rooms stay closed on your channels until the date you agree, and are released by themselves if nobody confirms. Add a Hold for a group, and a room a wedding guest cancels stays with the group instead of going back on sale.
- 21:40Handled in: Messages & WhatsApp
A guest writes late at night
Booking.com and Airbnb messages land in one inbox, with the booking beside them. On Complete, WhatsApp too — and the Warden has a reply ready. You read it and press send.

What hotels ask us
Straight answers, limits included.
Do you handle room types, or only single rooms?
Room types. A type has a number of identical rooms — set Identical to 12 and it is one type with twelve rooms, sold as one room type on Booking.com and the other channels. A block can close some of them or one specific room, and you pay per room type, not per room.
Can we hold rooms for a group or a wedding?
Yes. Book the rooms as an option: they stay closed on your channels until the date you agree — at the latest the day before arrival — and are released by themselves if nobody confirms. A Hold for a group then keeps any night a cancellation frees inside the group’s dates for the group, in the same moment, instead of putting it back on sale; Book for the group or Release decides it. There are no allotments or corporate rate plans.
What does it cost for a hotel?
You pay per room type, not per room: seven identical rooms of one type count once, and a closed room type is not billed. Essential is $59 a month and Complete $99, each with one cabin or room type, plus $10 for each one after that. More than 30 rooms in total? We set it up with you and send you a price for your place. Monthly, no lock-in.
Will Staywarden set our prices for us?
No. There is no dynamic pricing: Staywarden never changes a price on its own. You set the prices, seasons and rules, and the same numbers go to your booking page and every channel. The Outlook compares what is booked with your target for the next twelve months and suggests raising, holding or lowering — you decide.
Which rate plans go to the channels?
Two per room type: your standard rate and, if you switch it on, a non-refundable rate a set % cheaper — never below your floor. Prices by number of guests go out too. There are no meal plans: breakfast and other extras are added to the stay, priced per stay, per person or per night.
We already use a PMS. Can Staywarden run next to it?
Not in live sync. Staywarden is the PMS, with the channel manager built in, so it replaces the one you have. You bring your bookings over from a CSV or Excel export, and a dry run shows duplicates and clashes before a single booking is saved.
Can one login run several hotels?
Not today. A login belongs to one property, and there is no switcher between properties. Inside that property, everyone on your team has their own login.
