What lodges ask us

I do most of it myself. Isn’t this too much system?
You keep only what you use: Settings › Features hides the parts your lodge doesn’t need. And you can ask the Warden in your own words — “Who still owes?”, “Mark Ana paid.” Anything that reaches a guest, a channel or your money waits for your Confirm.
Do I need a computer?
No. The panel works on a phone: the iPhone app is in the App Store, and on Android you add the panel to your home screen from the browser. Your team uses the lodge’s team page on their own phones.
What does it cost?
Essential is $59 a month and Complete $99, each with one cabin or room type, plus $10 for each one after that — in US dollars, monthly, with no lock-in. Identical rooms count once, and a closed cabin is not billed. Complete adds the website and booking page, card payments, the guest app, WhatsApp and invoicing. It is free while you set it up.
Do I keep Booking.com and Airbnb?
Yes. Staywarden sits on top of them: bookings arrive on their own, a sold night closes on the other channels, and each channel’s commission shows up in Money as what it actually costs you.
Can guests book and pay on my own website?
Yes, on Complete: Staywarden makes you a website with a booking page, or one line of code puts your booking calendar on the site you already have. Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account. The website Staywarden makes lives at your-lodge.staywarden.com; your own domain is not available for it yet.
Can I sell my tours?
Yes. Each tour with photos, start times, adult and child prices and a group limit, and a day-by-day list of who is going and what is paid. On Complete, guests book them from their stay page and pay at the lodge, and your guides get the booking on your WhatsApp.
Can it make my invoices?
Yes, on Complete: a PDF invoice for every finished stay, with your company details, your VAT and a number series that never skips. It doesn’t file anything with your tax office — the month’s file goes to your accountant.
Will it set my prices for me?
No. You set the prices, seasons and a floor no discount goes below; Staywarden sends the same numbers to your booking page and every channel, and never changes a price on its own.
