Roles, sign-ins and permissions
Everyone gets their own way in and sees only their own work. The gardener never sees the numbers; the accountant never sees the guests’ passports. Paid by the hour? Each person starts and stops a timer on their task, and you can correct it — every change is logged.
Everything below runs on an example lodge — the lodge, the guests and the numbers are all made up.
The role decides the screen
Not a setting somebody forgot to tick — the role is the wall, and it is enforced on the server.
Their own email, their own day
You invite each person at their own email address. They choose a password and land on their own day; a manager or your accountant can get the panel instead, with only the areas you tick. Saved to the phone’s home screen, it opens like an app.
Removing someone takes one click
Remove someone and they are signed out right away — nothing changes for anyone else.
What it doesn’t do
It does not run payroll: no social security, no taxes, no payslips. It counts hours per week, half-month or month, flags possible overtime and, with an hourly rate, estimates the pay in a CSV for whoever runs payroll.
